  YES!!!! IN ENCINO. BEEN GOING THERE FOR 14 YEARS! Just like a NY doctor... Jewish, too, makes it better! Expensive, but they have tons of frames and they also have celeb clientele: Optometric Center of Encino. Ask for Mike Snyder. They have a dr there and do all the testings. GREAT people.
