  Interesting Unique Museums?? I’m going to nyc in the spring for a couple of days, and love art and history museums. Can anyone recommend some more unique places to visit rather than the basic nyc ones such as MoMA. I’m 18 and wouldn’t mind indoor or outdoor places. Thanks!

  I went to the [Museum of the American Gangster](http://www.museumoftheamericangangster.org/) a few years ago. Very different kind of thing. Small, but interesting. They take you down to an old speakeasy, too. Also the old St Patrick’s Cathedral had tours of their catacombs and the loft. Not museum-y but lots of NYC history there.
