  Looking for a good (and reasonably priced) licensed General Contractor to help us prepare a home for the sale in HB (we are Real Estate Brokers). Home needs paint (inside & out), new flooring, new windows, new kitchen countertops & appliances, 3 partial bathroom remodels, general repairs, etc. Job would probably start in a couple weeks and we need it done ASAP.
