  In desperate need of a plumber. An elderly friend has had a burst pipe that has flooded the lounge and dining room and brought the ceilings down rendering the house uninhabitable. She is fully covered on insurance but they have advised us that we have to find tradesmen ourselves to fix the leak and complete repairs. We need a registered plumber to fix the leak before we can get the company in to dry out the house! Any plumbers not booked up and available ASAP please?? Also looking for an independent loss assessor if anyone knows of any? Thanks
