aquilaFiera replied:I used [BTS Inspections](http://www.btshomeinspections.com/) at the recommendation on two of my co-workers. He was great. I'd definitely say spring for the package that includes infrared. He found a lot of water damage that others would not have found. He's definitely not the cheapest but he was super thorough.
