How I gained strength in less than a minute.
So I'm doing this new workout program called piyo thanks to Channing Lawrence. Lots of yoga type moves and my right shoulder was getting so sore that it hurt to finish my workouts. So I went to my chiropractor and he did a simple strength test on each arm and I had very little strength in my right arm and it hurt. He did something to adjust my shoulder (which I didn't know was possible) and in less than a minute I had equal strength in both arms and no pain! You should have seen my face. I had just witnessed a miracle. It was awesome. So anyone have pain in their body? Let me hook you up with an amazing recommendation for a fabulous chiropractor. Did I mention that after getting aligned properly by him, I know longer get daily headaches, low back pain, or numbing toes?
