  Advice needed. We're aiming to get a cross platform mobile app done using React Native to supplement our estate sale listing website and it needs to be done within a 6 month timeframe. I'm trying to decide whether or not to work directly with a freelance mobile app developer I've sourced from a job board, who is located in South America for $50/hr, and incorporate him into our 3 man dev squad (a PM, a designer and a LAMP stack developer) or go the local agency route for more peace of mind but knowing I'll incur more cost (cheapest Ive found is around 75-90/hr but I know many firms here in town like Jackrabbit mobile are well above that thanks to all the startup hotness and infusions of VC money). My question is has anyone had a good or bad experience either way, and can anyone suggest a good local app development company that targets SMBs that I could contact as a matter of due diligence?
