  Is there a plumber anywhere that can sort out a boiler in Grayswood Rd? Probably frozen condensate but boiling water not shifting it, water pipes are frozen because the heating is off and I’m struggling to turn off the stopcock! So could end up with a burst pipe with mains pouring out!
