  Tam's Backstage in downtown Cumming has excellent seafood. Rainbow Trout, tilapia, salmon, shrimp, scallops, mussels, lobster tails, plus almost-daily feature entrees, such as swordfish, monk fish, snapper. Absolutely delicious! Tamsbackstage.com
