  I can highly recommend Bernard Rowe 0876575402. Great painter and wallpaperer I have used him a number of times and never disappointed with his work. His work even made it onto the Home of the Year show 2 weeks ago with a bungalow he painted in Greystones. Very reasonable rates too.
