  I hoping someone can recommend, based on experience, a reputable house painter/stucco repair company... With all this rain, we are getting leaks in the 1st story ceilings (not top floor)...we had the roof checked, its not the roof. The stucco is visibly cracking on the outside and it seems the cheap builder grade paint is no longer waterproof. The side ways rain seeps thru the cracks. Thanks in advance.
