  Argh... my tooth is all jacked up and super swollen, i look like an odd chipmunk. Urgent care sucks and wants way too much money up front because of my lack of insurance, so im screwed tell tomorrow and still don't know where to go, any suggestions?

  You could check west salem dental? I don't know what the wait is in that place....but worth a shot 503-378-7526. Otherwise, I would just go into the ER if it gets too bad...infections can be dangerous, and even if you go in just for some antibiotics, it's important that you get it taken care of!
