I only had some mold in grate areas due to condensation. He did a marvelous job of cleaning all of my vents and grates. The next day, he cleaned my carpets and kitchen tile and grouting. Everything looks like new. He did an outstanding job. I could not be happier. He is very friendly and polite as well. I would definitely use him again for any job. If you need the services that I describe, you cannot find anyone who will offer better pricing.
