  Hi there, Rick form Oxford Electronics here. If you cannot remember the password and or it is disabled. Try hooking the device into the computer it was last backed up on. This may grant you access, if not cal apple and see if they have a recovery option for you. Last resort is to lose all data and factory reset the device. if you need further assistance with any of this send me a message.
