  Can someone recommend a decent tax consultant in Elgin or near by? My brother used to get his taxes done by a person who unfortunately is no longer available so he went to Ramos Taxes to get them done and when they were finished, he was told he has to pay back more than $1,000.00 so we want to look for someone who can give him a second opinion and hopefully fix them.
