  We have liberty mutual and have been fairly happy.. Although, last month our payment went up by $200 a month.. The reason is that our mortgage company wasn't taking out enough to cover what was needed. So, when time to renew the policy our escrow didn't have enough cash in it. It was actually negative. So, now we have to back pay and pay for the projected figure for next year.. NOT Liberty Mutual's fault.. But BAD timing for us! I will say that for the past 3 years consecutively everyone has raised their prices. This year included.. Call Betty@Crum & Blazer.
