  I hope everyone is staying as warm as possible! I have a favor to ask. I am needing some recommendations for a kind, compassionate Spine Surgeon. I'd like to be able to find someone who acts like they actually like their patients. I slipped on my porch Friday. I didn't break any bones, but the fall did cause a herniated disc. I also, pretty much strained every muscle in my back. My back landed the edge of the step, and my butt landed on a step. I hit so hard that it knocked the wind out of me. It felt as though my back was going to be folded over in half. I have been having a nightmare with different Doctors for the past two months. I'm also looking for a new PCP now. :-/ Thank you in advance for any help!

  I worked with Dr Mitul Patel and Dr Tarek Elalayli. 615 885 0200. I would recommend either. Dr Patel is more talkative. Wonderful doctors.

  DR. THOMKINS@Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance. He is amazing. I was using a dr (I would rather not throw him under the bus)@Advanced Ortho and Spine. After 2 cortisone shots and physical therapy. I was still in major pain. I went to TOA and they found the fracture the others ones missed. Who ever you choose to use please if it doesn't feel right change Dr's. Even great ones do make mistakes.
