  Tommy's Auto Service Center, 2643 22 nd Ave N, St. Pete. 727-323-1444. Nice, honest, reasonable, and didn't treat me like I was an idiot when my strange stuff blowing out the air vents problem was simply an extremely dirty cabin filter! Also recommended by Angie's List.
