I am paying 1,500 out of pocket for that test and and would think my doctor would do some research to find the darn test!   Dr. John Williams - Nashville Medical Group - 615-284-1400. He's downtown but he's great! He diagnosed my neuropathy after going to several Hermitage neurologists who didn't know their head from a hole in the ground.
