  I have terrible terrible eczema unfortunately born with it, I get skin discolorations and as well as dry patches. I went to every single dermatologist I could think of until I finally found the doctor whose helped me stay stable for 3 years + her name is jennifer Parrish and her father has a practice around Frankford but her office is in center city on 17 th and market. But first time I went to her she didn't treat me like a ginea pig and prescribe me something "to see if it works" method, she really knew her stuff and I didn't have any trouble with my skin after meeting with her. 3 different ppl before me from work went to her for thier acne and eczema, so I now swear by her.
