  It's been a while since this question was asked. Other than the highly recommended Mr. Evans, who tunes pianos in the area? My usual tuner has become unavailable/difficult to contact. My Piano is a 100 years old and has a flaw or two, so it needs a non-purist tuner :-)

  Zilhart -0833017126 - he's from Europe (been living here for 20 years or something) and is qualified to tune and build pianos. We've had pianos tuned through him in our family for 15 years :) I'm sure he can give you a quote over the phone, not sure what he charges now.
