We are dedicated AKC Breeders of Merit & member of The American Chesapeake Club ~ We currently have litters with puppy reservations available ~ We take advance reservations for our pups ~ Some of our litters are focused on creating great family companions while others are geared towards dogs used for hunting purposes ~ In our pedigrees you will find many field and show champions along with generations of health clearances ~ All of our dogs have their of health clearances including OFA Hips &/or Elbows many have OFA Cardiac and Patella clearances too! ~ Along with eye exams (OFA/CERF) - they are free of Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA); Degenerative Myelopathy (DM); Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) and Ectodermal Dysplasia (ED/SFS). ~ Longmeadow has more OFA Excellent (highest hip rating) breeding dogs than any other CBR kennel; we also hold a top ranking for OFA CHIC awards which recognizes dogs tested in accordance with the breed protocol ~ FMI please send us an email > info@longmeadowkennels.com
