  Can ANYONE on here tell me how I could possibly obtain medical records for my daughter from where she was in Kosair for a few days? She was released on October 2 and I have been trying ever since to get them and I am having no luck anywhere I go or call. Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

  Call 502-893-1000 and ask for medical records and follow the options for patients and a live person will come on and u can tell them what u want.

  Right next to church where the norton immediate care is is a docs office dr.oder is who we see there but there are other female and male. 261-1595. They are in the norton network so they have that mychart online you can view all your test and so on we love them.
