  How old is she? 7 or 8? It appears her lateral incisor (#10) is coming through the gums but is erupting out of line which is why the baby tooth is still there. It's a space issue, she's got more teeth than mouth. Depending on her age she made need the baby tooth removed. If she's in no pain, it seems like more of a future orthodontic issue than urgent pressing issue. Feel free to send me a message.
