  We settle on our property in TG on the 26th of Feb. So from the 27th onward here is a list of (reliable) professionals we require. (1) Painter. (2) Bathrooms & Plumber. (3) Electrician. (4) Ducted air conditioning. Our humble apologies for emphasising 'professional' as we just want to get these works done (well) so that we can start to move in over the next several months.
