  Tony Dowdy helped me get into a condo in the playhouse district last year. It was absurdly competitive and he worked with me for over a year to find a place that I could afford. Also just a nice guy, no drama. It was my first house purchase so he held my hand through a lot of that first homebuyer stuff. He definitely knew the area pretty well.
