MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY AND CARE
Under three generations of family leadership, Fallon Ambulance has experienced remarkable growth from 15 employees to over 650, including 125 paramedics and 375 EMTs. Fallon Ambulance currently renders care and transportation to more than 150,000 patients annually. Fallon Ambulance has achieved its growth by maintaining a constant focus on the needs of the patient, offering a range of services and responding to the ever-changing needs of the healthcare community. Fallon Ambulance’s medical professionals expertly treat every patient’s medical needs while maintaining an unmatched understanding of the importance of caring for the whole individual. The transportation Fallon Ambulance provides is never “curb to curb” and always reflects our core value.
Fallon Ambulance Service provides 9-1-1 ambulance service to the Cities and Towns of Braintree, Brookline, Dedham, Milton, Quincy and Weymouth. Fallon Ambulance operates a full secondary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), which helps deliver Emergency Medical Dispatch services to Braintree, Dedham, Kingston, Quincy and Weymouth. Fallon also provides medical transportation for hospitals and HMOs throughout the Commonwealth.

Fallon Ambulance also contracts with Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital, Children’s Hospital, Franciscan Children’s Hospital, Metrowest Medical Center, New England Baptist Hospital, and South Shore Hospital.
Fallon Ambulance is also contracted with most major commercial insurers and HMOs including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Fallon Community Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and Tufts Health Plan.
The company maintains headquarters at 111 Brook Road, Quincy, MA, and operates satellite facilities in Ashland, Braintree, Brookline, Dedham, Milton, Quincy, Waltham and Weymouth.

Over the last decade, Fallon Ambulance has solidified its reputation as an industry leader by investing in the most advanced medical equipment and life-saving technology, in providing continuous education and training of its employees and in implementing a comprehensive range of quality assurance programs. Fallon Ambulance believes that it is essential to invest in the most current technologies in order to deliver the highest level of patient care and, ultimately, to save lives. In every ambulance, Fallon Ambulance paramedics and EMTs have the most technologically advanced medical equipment, the latest in pre-hospital cardiac treatment technology, state-of-the-art critical care mechanical ventilators, and automatic external defibrillators (AED's).
The Fallon Ambulance fleet also is equipped with state-of-the-art Mobile Data Terminals (MDT's) that allow bi-directional communication between the vehicles and the dispatch center while serving as Auto Vehicle Locators providing dispatch with real-time vehicle location and status. The MDT technology enables Fallon Ambulance to deliver to its clients the timeliest and highest quality service possible.
Fallon Ambulance remains at the forefront of technological innovation with its electronic health records (EHR) system, which allows the immediate sharing of critical, life-saving information with hospitals and physicians. The EHR system is one of the many tools that Fallon Ambulance employs to save precious minutes in the rapid delivery of emergency care.
