  So I would assume a tattoo hurts more than natural pigmentation but idk. I went to this place in WC to have some spots zapped off my face. It wasn't awful. Felt like someone snapping a rubber band on my skin. It's moderately priced too. The lady is a lil weird, she wants to zap everything. So be specific in what you want. http://diablolaser.com/
