This means he first machine scrubs and brings the dirt to the surface, the truck mount steam extracts and rinse so no residue is left on your carpets. Steam extract is all most companies will do. All this service for $35 the first room and $20 ea additional room. No extra charge for deodorizer or stubborn stains. Try him, you won't be disappointed.
