About us
I served in the Army straight from school and have then spent the last 14yrs as a Police Officer. Trying to manage new conditions of service and a growing family meant that a new path in life was required.
Having family in the construction industry gave me a good insight into the world of electrical installations and eventually JDEI was born.
We are now a fully insured thriving business covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and North London with a wide variety jobs on the go.
We offer a free quotation service and ensure that along with clear and easy to read contracts and T&C's we make sure that the customer is fully aware of costs. No work is completed without written agreement as to what is being completed and the costs of that work.
Most importantly our aim is to provide the customer with the results they want.
We recognise that using a tradesman of any nature can be quite a difficult thing to do and everyone knows of some horror stories.
Our focus is to keep things clear and simple for all to understand with methods, materials and prices all being agreed up front. Should there be extra costs then these are discussed and agreed the moment they come up. We know that despite our efforts to come up with a solution some things just can't be done and we are happy to say so rather than leave a mess for some else to deal with, or worse leaving something dangerous.
All our work and materials are covered by our 12 month warranty.
