About us
Having over 15 years in the plumbing & heating industry, it all began with an apprenticeship with the local council where I gained various qualifications including City & Guilds NVQ Mechanical Engineering Plumbing Levels 1,2 & 3. After learning invaluable skills within my position at the council, I moved onto become a Plumbing & Heating Engineer for several market leaders including Mitie & British Gas.
Over the years, I have gained a vast experience within the industry from being an Engineer, Contracts Manager, Business Development Manager and more recently a Renewable Energy Director for one of the South West’s leading Independent Heating company. During this time, they have won some prestigious awards not only in Plumbing & Heating but also in Renewable Energy. I have also gained several more qualifications covering plumbing, heating & renewable energies.
Here at P&N we welcome the opportunity to be different and break the mould, we can service your gas appliances and maintain your heating system with annual maintenance checks as well as repair even the most complicated system faults. We can tailor our heating system replacements to give you both a straight forward swap of a boiler or if you wanted to link it to your smart phone so you can control your heating on the move - we have the skills to do it.
We are so confident in our service that we offer a 24 month installation warranty* on all our works in addition to the manufactures warranty that can be as long as 10 years
