  My dog was diagnosed with heart worms even tho he was on preventative. Now I have to put him through the barbaric treatment of arsenic laced injections. I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone had advice and/or recommend one vet over another. I like mine I'm just checking options. Also would like one that is either open for 24hrs or at least had someone on staff for 24 hrs. (I already tried the 3 mos w a preventative that kills the baby worms but he still tested positive after). He was a rescue and prior to me adopting him he was given the 6 mos shot then interceptor then sentinel.
