Located on the ground floor of Marriott Springhill Suites, Lavelle’s is a unique fine dining restaurant in Fairbanks serving delicious food and an astounding selection of fine wine in a warm, refined atmosphere. In a place where casual restaurants dominate the culinary landscape, Lavelle’s offers a much-needed touch of elegance. Perfect for a romantic date or a fun night out with friends, Lavelle’s provides a sophisticated backdrop for any occasion. We are open daily for dinner, with a menu of salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts. Start your meal with our Warm Red Cabbage Salad with bacon and caramelized walnuts, or try our warm Baked Brie with cranberry brandy sauce. Each of our seafood dishes are unbeatably fresh, from the Alaskan King Crab Legs to the Potato-Crusted Salmon. Of course, our Filet Mignon and Grilled N.Y. Steak are always popular as well. Make sure to save room for dessert so you can indulge in our Black Bottom Creme Brulee or Banana Bread Pudding.

We boast an impressive selection of wine, visible in our well-stocked cellar that is featured in the center of the dining room. With a variety of options covering a wide range of prices, you can always find the perfect pair for your meal. We even offer recommendations on our menu for each dish. Come in for our Wine on Wednesday tasting events, and participate in Grapenuts, Fairbanks’ only wine guild.
