iamvalc asked:Looking for TMJ Dentist in Calgary I've neglected going to the dentist for three years and the pain, grinding, and pain in my jaw has caused me serious discomfort, thinning of my teeth, and facial changes. The pain is now unbearable. Based on the reading I've done I could have TMJ and TMD. Can anyone who has had their TMJ treated recommend a dentist in Calgary? I realize I will need to address any cavities or concerns firstly, but then afterward I assume it would be x-rays, maybe a retainer/splint, braces, etc. If anyone has had TMJ I'm sure they can relate how psychologically distressing this is. Any help is greatly appreciated.
