We don't have any of the photos that we requested in our meetings with Neva Michelle even though we happily expressed what we wanted captured. We had asked for a photo of us with each table of guests at the reception, one with all my college friends, a first look with my Bridesmaids and our dresses all together hanging with the special hangers I had made for them, one of me with the back of my dress and my beautiful veil alone in the bridal suite and more. We don't have these images and Neva Michelle didn't even remind me that I had filled those things out for her. My husband has one photo the entire day with his mom, none with his dad who was with him the entire time he was getting ready and neither one of us have any with the baby. The baby, who was also our flower girl, was with us from getting ready until the first dances and the photographers never suggested she be in a single photo. When I emailed Neva Michelle about my concerns, she responded with a screenshot of her contract and told me she was not responsible for missed photos both candid or requested. That response literally broke my heart. I had followed her for years and was so excited and proud to have her as my wedding photographer and that was her response. On top of that, she has been sharing our gallery everywhere to justify what she did shoot which is weird because it's not going to make the photos we don't have magically appear. We were married in July and I waited to get our full wedding gallery back before leaving this review so I could be as honest as possible. When you are a Bride and the day is unfolding, you aren’t thinking of what needs to be captured. You are just enjoying yourself and having fun. She has recently taken responsibility for some of the missed moments and gave us a credit of over a thousand dollars and we did attempt to recover more through disputes, but unfortunately when the purchased product is digital photos, they don't care what you received back from the merchant or how many images. If she has proof she sent you a gallery that is considered a valid transaction. Just a heads up for all of you. She also responds to all of my reviews blaming us. It is very cruel. I cry often when I think about her, my wedding photos and the memories I can never get back because this is a once in a lifetime event. She also claims she asked us to do more photos at some point that day. This is untrue. My wedding planner suggested more, not Neva Michelle, but we had to do our ballroom walkthrough, bustle my dress and lineup for entrances. What we are missing from our full wedding gallery would not have been captured during that small window of time. I'm glad to see that she has made others happy in all of these reviews, but that was not the case for me, my family, my Bridal party, the baby or my husband.
