"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."- Confucius
I was lucky enough to find my passion in my early twenties. Since I discovered fitness I have walked, talked and breathed it. I became this sponge for knowledge- a life long student of health. It was like a light turned on for the first time in my life. It allowed me to go from existing in everyday life to truly LIVING. I am a late bloomer to fitness- I grew up in a non-active family like so many other kids. My parents did their best to provide an array of food for us, unfortunately often it was canned, processed or contained numerous unrecognizable ingredients. My mission is to spread health, awareness and wellness to as many people as possible so that they can begin living the life they deserve.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology as well as an AFLCA Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
Can anyone reccomend a beginner boot camp in town that is plus size friendly. I've been to a few and as a plus size woman I sometimes don't feel comfortable in them because I'm the only one and sometimes I struggle etc what do people reccomend?
