  My house is plagued with damp, especially on the external walls. We spent a small fortune having the whole house waterproofed a few years ago and now need to do it again. The thing is I think that the mortar is a mess; it needs to be redone in most areas and then we need to waterproof and paint. Seems he’s getting away with it due to “voetstoets” and the weight of litigation costs.
