  Hi All! I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this but based on similar posting that I have seen in the past I will take my chances. I am looking for a general contractor who can handle a full house rehab project with permits etc. when needed. First project will be Downtown Columbus starting end of April. I am looking for reliable partners that I can work with long term at a reasonable cost. We have 5-6 more properties lined up after the first project so there will be a lot more work opportunities following this house if all goes well. If you are a contractor yourself or can recommend someone that you had positive experiences before please send me a message or tag them here and I will reach out to them. I had the pleasure of meeting some members over the last year in different car shows and I think there is a lot of potential for people who share similar passions to work and grow together! Any help will be appreciated. Please feel free to reach out to me if you can't take over a big project like that but still have the skills and looking for smaller projects like Electrical, HVAC, Drywall work etc. I would be happy to link you with other property managers and investors in Columbus area to help expand your network.
