  Nigel B. wrote: We employed Rachel Goozee to design and plan and project manage our garden. After a period of time, the design she had created just simply didn’t work. The contractors, who were excellent, pulled me to one side and told me how much extra it would cost. When I questioned Rachel, she got her husband to call the contractor and had an argument and refused to pay for the error. This led Rachel to suffer with anxiety and stress and use the force majeure clause in her contract and thus left us in the lurch. We have also asked her to remove the visuals from her web site which she has under current projects but she refused. I would not recommend Rachel or her company. Very disappointed. I even got a 4 figure invoice when her contract was terminated!!!!
