  If you need any help or advice, I would be willing to come and discuss the whole process with you and run through initial costings at no charge. So many people embark on their chosen project without seeking advice first. I run my own freelance architectural consultancy and offer a free advisory service. £1500 sq.m seems on the high side, although you should always leave a good contingency sum.
