Thomas Pollard earned his hands-on skills and knowledge of the home building business while working for another builder for six years. Realizing that he had a passion for the work and a desire to expand his knowledge he created his own business TLP Custom Homes in 1995.
Since it’s inception, TLP Custom Homes has had a reputation for quality craftsmanship and an excellent understanding of the client’s needs at each stage of the building process. This made TLP Custom Homes a success from the start. Within it’s first few months in business, the company had produced and sold three homes and soon began selling homes in several subdivisions.
