He walked away after building the house and wouldn't uphold our warranty, my home was purchased threw the Undc. The Undc is now on the process of carrying out my warranty and have to sue Mr. Thoma. This house is built to the lowest standard. Or roof is leaking, we now have wet spots on our ceiling on the second floor . Our basement is leaking, water running down 3 exterior wall. All windows leaking with mold and oak window ledges ruined. All two appliances have already broke. Yard was seeded and only weeds grew. This house is nothing but problems. And where is Mr. Luke Thoma. Gone with his money
