  My handyman recently moved and i need a highly reliable and trustworthy handyman that can do odd repairs (replace faucets, wax rings, ceiling fans, valves, hot water heaters, replace a lock or door hinge, replace the odd breaker, replace a smoke detector, paint or touch up, run a simple circuit etc). Somebody who charges by the hour or quotes by project. This is not an employment situation but on an as needed basis.
