  Looking for someone to do a couple of small jobs at my home. We had some water damage that was corrected by water removal systems. 1. Paint ceiling in a small closet and master bath. Drywall ceilings are being torn out and replaced as we speak. They just don't do the painting. 2. Couple of small areas upstairs and downstairs in our closet had carpet padding removed. Need to put down new padding only in those areas and re-stretch the carpet to look new again. TIA.
