  Looking for recommendations for either a company or individuals that do lawn care. I have an Aunt who lives off Butler Hill (I know not Affton). Her previous person is no longer in business. Person she had come give her bid wants her to sign a contract to pay for weekly cuts even if its not needed. She's elderly so looking for someone who will not take advantage of her. Also needs spring clean up done in the yard.
