A good trainer makes your workout fun and fresh. Our classes are exactly that and everyone works at their own pace. Plus, we have great happy hour parties.
Tony Bates is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Club Coach with USA Boxing, a Club Coach with USA Weightlifting, and a Club Coach with USA Cycling.
His fitness classes are always fun and can be challenging - depending on your own motivational level. Proper technique is constantly taught and poor technique is always corrected immediately. The 45-minute class is a full-body, functional-exercise workout and follows a circuit-training method that is not strictly enforced. Everyone works according to his or her own pace.
Nutrition and physiological points of interest are taught as well, to reaffirm the basics that every athlete should know, even if you are not an athlete.
Class size is limited to 10 and reserving your place in a session that you would like to attend, or to create your own group, is required. Walk-ins are not permitted. See Current Classes to view the existing calendar.
Groups that commit to a time are welcome and we will "hold" the day/time for that group on a weekly basis. However, if there are openings in the group, we will take reservations to add to their number until we reach 10 participants.
Classes start on time, promptly at quarter after the hour, and end at the top of the hour. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your class to prepare yourself and meet others.
Looking for gym recommendations in 19146. Open to nearby areas if there is easy parking. Please don’t say city fitness as their monthly rate is insane. Must have good daytime classes. Thank you!
