  Does anyone know a real estate agency /agent, someone that deals with selling apartments in Barcelona and can recommend from personal experience, someone I can really trust, does it exist? I’m asking that because from my short experience so far, I hadn’t have much luck, I’m looking to buy an apartment and thought I found one (for the second time with 2 different agencies) One tried to sell me a piso which is afectado, without letting me know, the other one tried to sell me a local for an apartment. Luckily I checked everything with a lawyer and didn’t just trust them, but I feel kind of disappointed that I thought I found a home and in the end it wasn’t, not to say that it is a waste of time and energy. As I’m optimistic it won’t keep me away of my goals. Sharing this here, for two reasons, 1) if anyone had a positive experience and can recommend someone trustworthy I really appreciate and thank in advance. 2) if anyone is going to look for apartments here and don’t have a good knowledge of the language law and market, I advise not taking everything the agents say for granted and use help of a lawyer. In my case it saved me a lot of future damage and losing a lot of money. Happy Semana Santa all ☀️
