About us

Locally owned and operated by Ron and Clytie Fagan.

Clytie and I have been married for over thirty five years and have three girls in their twenties. We are happy to have two of our children working with us at the store.

We are truly a family run business. What that means to you, is that you are going to be treated like family when you enter our business. You will not encounter any high pressure sales people looking to make a quick sale. What you will experience is a very friendly, professional staff to serve you the customer, the person who pays our salaries. You are free to just browse our store or we will be happy to assist you if you have any questions.

We have been serving the South Knoxville and Seymour communities since 1990. We were formerly known as GoldPost Jewelers located in Chapman Square behind Buddy’s Bar B Que.

We are a full service jewelry store offering custom designs using the latest computer aided technologies, in-store repairs on all precious metal jewelry, quartz watch repairs, batteries installed while you wait, computerized engraving, and bead and pearl stringing.

We have the ability to repair jewelry that other stores will tell you can’t be repaired, so if you have an irreplaceable piece of jewelry you haven’t been able to get repaired, bring it to us and we will see what we can do.

We carry a wide assortment of jewelry and gifts with unique pieces you will not see in most jewelry stores. We also offer our customers the option of browsing our supplier’s catalogs for specific hard to find items which we will be happy to special order for you.
