  I will be a first-timer at Tekko next week. Do any folks who've been before have recommendations on good places to eat in/around the David L. Lawrence Convention center? My husband has problems with nitrates (they're a migraine trigger for him) and is lactose intolerant, so he needs to avoid hot dogs and pizza (which seem to be the usual offerings at convention centers). Walking distance a plus. Thanks in advance!

  I got food from this place last year twice and it was soooo good. Probably the best food I've had while at a con. It's right across from the con center and you can order online then run to pick it up!! emporioameatballjoint.com
