  Mindy...my brother-in-law Frank Sierra is not an orthodontist but is a pediatric dentist and is very familiar with cleft palate. His office number is 813-889-0780. I believe he is involved with the surgical end of it but not sure. He has an office in town-N-country and on Davis Island. If you need me to get more info just let me know:)
